Everything about this job is good just got a company pay raise. Everybody is happy about that base pay is 12.5 now.

Cons

If there was a bad thing to say it would be I wish my truck was better. But in July we get some new stuff.

Decent hourly wage and pay increases, Time and a half after 40 hours, has benefits

Cons

Long hours (50-80hr/week), No work/home balance, Poor working conditions, trucks are in continuous disrepair, not paid well enough for the risk, benefits are expensive and poor coverage, no room for advancement
