      Pros

      Relaxed dress policy and beer Friday.

      Cons

      Underpaid, poor training, overworked and a hostile work environment. I was asked to work on a project to obtain information from competitors in an unethical manner which I completely refused to do. One does not have to look further than the owner of the company to find how unethical the company operates. Do yourself a favor and Google, "Lockton employee leaves for Alliant." 30 employees have left, over 2 dozen clients lost.

      Pros

      Lockton as a whole is a great company; good resources at a national level. Privately owned, which had its advantages.

      Cons

      The Atlanta office has struggled with turnover as a result of poor leadership and questionable ethics.

      The worst place I've worked at. A lot of terrible things going on: sexual harrassment, bullying, etc. Don't work here if you can help it.
