      Pros

      Hours are great and there are plenty of training opportunities. All the resources you could possible want are in house. People enjoy working there and are always willing to help. Location is incredible. Great president.

      Cons

      Pay! There is an obvious reason for early turnover. Pay is not competitive for the industry. Pay isn't competiitive for similar industries.

      Promotes opportunity for associates to obtain industry-specific education and designations; rewards appropriately those deserving associates; generous benefits and vacation; provides some fun engagement activities; will invest in you if you are committed to a long-term career.

      Cons

      Inadequate pay compared to competition, forces employees to seek offers elsewhere to increase salary; unusual time tracking of associates recently added - feels like micro management; no real distinction of "officers" roles and importance within the organization; internal promotions to senior leadership roles seem political instead of strategic; there is a push for remote working, but not yet 100% - leadership constantly questioning associates on both whereabouts and time/activity tracking.
