      The flex benefit system is good

      Cons

      Very old school. People turn a blind eye to bullying and unfair treatment of staff. Communication is awful between HR and teams. Things are brushed under the carpet. People are stuck in their ways and do not like change. They change their mind frequently and make things up as they go along. Bad bonus scheme

      Good people to work with, family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Too many management level staff have been there 20+years and are hampering progress with backward mentality. Far too many projects running simultaneously with small resource pool.
