Pros

Employees seemed cool but one day one told me how unorganized everything is and how management cuts corners. If I would of know what I now know I would have never applied for All American Chevrolet of Killeen.

Cons

On first day of work had no idea that I was starting and the staff had nothing ready for me. Basically didn’t know I was coming. Unprepared.

Pros

Direct coworkers all young and incredibly friendly. No backstabbing or issues that I saw.

Cons

5 days of combined sick and personal leave for the first two years. So if you miss 5 days in January due to a bad flu, you're not taking any kind of paid vacation the rest of the year. Incredibly weak benefits for a Fortune 350.

Pros

Great place to make new friends, and some times the managers bring in food. Not stuck in a office all day.

Cons

Horrible pay plan, you may have to borrow money from friends and family to pay the bills, because they pay below the poverty level for a person trying to support a family. Interesting considering your selling the second most expensive purchase.
