Direct coworkers all young and incredibly friendly. No backstabbing or issues that I saw.
Cons
5 days of combined sick and personal leave for the first two years. So if you miss 5 days in January due to a bad flu, you're not taking any kind of paid vacation the rest of the year. Incredibly weak benefits for a Fortune 350.
