7yI was sad to read your review. I sincerely hope that you feel you can talk to someone here about some of your frustrations. Hopefully, you will be aware we have recently started our internal career development initiative "Danaher Go" which opens up opportunities for everyone to progress. Regretfully we have lost some Associates over the last few months, but thankfully we are still way below industry standard turnover. Our Leaders here prioritise retention as a key area to discuss with Associates in one to ones so that we can ensure we are dealing with any areas of frustration.
