No long-term planning, just short-term decisions that impact people's lives. - Layoffs to Outsource to Egypt: Instead of retaining experienced employees, they are cutting jobs to outsource work to Egypt, prioritizing cost-cutting over quality and stability. - Frequent Layoffs: I was there for less than two years, and they went through four rounds of layoffs. No job security, no stability. - No Leadership, No Strategic Thinking: Leadership is absent, and there is no clear strategic direction. Decisions are made on a whim with no long-term planning. - Lack of Empathy & Humanity: After announcing layoffs, an executive had the audacity to tell us, "Don't think about work for the rest of the day, just relax." As if losing your job is something you can just shake off.
