You deserve better

Pros

Some of the people there are actually competent, want to succeed, and have fun at the same time. They’re desperate to hire people, so new hires can hopefully negotiate a higher salary (go for 20% more than they offer!)

Cons

Management is so out of touch. Terrible pay and they make you think that you don’t deserve any more than what they have to offer. I didn’t get offered a promotion until I put in my two weeks and suddenly there was a title and money on the table — same old, crappy corporate strategy — get the most out of you for the least amount of money.

Pros

Salary is fine. Benefits are good.

Cons

If you want to degrade your technical knowledge gradually, then you can join. Short temper person who doesn't know anything on angular is my team lead. They won't understand a single word.

Pros

Some interesting projects and opportunities to learn.

Cons

- Not an Organized Company at All: Lack of structure, inefficient processes, and poor communication across all levels. - No Company Culture: There is no sense of belonging, values, or leadership that fosters a strong workplace culture. - Reckless Hiring & Layoffs: Leadership hires aggressively, knowing full well that roles will be cut within months. No long-term planning, just short-term decisions that impact people's lives. - Layoffs to Outsource to Egypt: Instead of retaining experienced employees, they are cutting jobs to outsource work to Egypt, prioritizing cost-cutting over quality and stability. - Frequent Layoffs: I was there for less than two years, and they went through four rounds of layoffs. No job security, no stability. - No Leadership, No Strategic Thinking: Leadership is absent, and there is no clear strategic direction. Decisions are made on a whim with no long-term planning. - Lack of Empathy & Humanity: After announcing layoffs, an executive had the audacity to tell us, "Don't think about work for the rest of the day, just relax." As if losing your job is something you can just shake off.
