- Layoffs to Outsource to Egypt: Instead of retaining experienced employees, they are cutting jobs to outsource work to Egypt, prioritizing cost-cutting over quality and stability.
- Frequent Layoffs: I was there for less than two years, and they went through four rounds of layoffs. No job security, no stability.
- No Leadership, No Strategic Thinking: Leadership is absent, and there is no clear strategic direction. Decisions are made on a whim with no long-term planning.
