Pros

I love working with the people and the work life balance is good. I feel like I’ve really learnt since being here. Plenty of project variety too.

Cons

Wage gap. I make significantly less than others in the same role and the inflation pay rises aren’t actually enough to cover recent inflation so I now struggle for money more now than when I started.

Pros

If you get hired, it's a job and you get paid.

Cons

The leadership group talks about integrity, but it is non-existent in practice. This company sucks the life out of it's employees, demanding to complete the work of multiple people, because they don't want to spend money on the appropriate staffing levels. Performance reviews are a joke, establishing goals for the year by June and then expecting people to complete their goals with little to no resources. No continuity from a management level, people come and go from this company at a higher rate than "normal" companies.

Uncomfortable Work Environment

Pros

The company atmosphere for a team chemistry standpoint is decent; granted, better than other places I have worked at. Although 2 departments I have worked in have been miserable experiences, the other 2 departments I have worked in (including 1 currently) have provided exceptional team chemistry.

Cons

The atmosphere from a corporate standpoint is miserable and leaves me feeling as if I am standing on a sinking ship. Leadership has changed hands numerous times. The company names changes are obvious methods to clear up some of their previous scandals. The most aggravating point of all is the pay is NOT worth it. In my 6 years at the company, I have never seen such low-balled annual salary increases compared to the entirety of my career. For a company that claims to still be making a few billion dollars of profit for 2 or 3 years straight, our 0.5% salary increases aren't justifying that.
