Pros

When you have your job here, you can relax most of the time. The number of employees is oversized. Nice canteen, where you can stay more than time allowed, without any problem.

Cons

No career opportunity if you don't know a politician that helps you. No "employee performance evaluations" during all these years. All the line problems are not addressed by the management to the right professionals, and you can find same problems of years ago, again and again. The company hires preferably the people that have a "raccomandation", not regarding professional skills and qualifications. When I leaved the Company, I asked them to have a so called "letter of recommendation", and they asked me they did not remember how I made my job!

Badly organised, don't pay attention to their employees' concerns.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, very promising projects and roles with opportunities all over the place, especially in engineering roles.

Cons

Lassiez-faire attitude seems to trickle down from key management positions. There are good managers but they either don't have the clout or are too busy due to overwork to counteract this. Development of staff takes a back seat due to management chasing fires caused by chronic understaffing.

Pros

Good people, very interesting products, someone very skilled, many learning opportunities, international customers. It's quite easy to change between different roles to try almost every position and work. Many travel opportunities if you want that.

Cons

Low salary. Career level and gain improvement impossible. Key positions reserved to people that is introduced by or it's closely related to politicians, admirals, rich entrepreneurs... Absolutely no meritocracy. To enter you have to stay for 3 years minimum under a job agency with no guarantees to be hired. Someone wasted even 8 years in this condition.
