Pros

When you have your job here, you can relax most of the time. The number of employees is oversized. Nice canteen, where you can stay more than time allowed, without any problem.

Cons

No career opportunity if you don't know a politician that helps you. No "employee performance evaluations" during all these years. All the line problems are not addressed by the management to the right professionals, and you can find same problems of years ago, again and again. The company hires preferably the people that have a "raccomandation", not regarding professional skills and qualifications. When I leaved the Company, I asked them to have a so called "letter of recommendation", and they asked me they did not remember how I made my job!

Pros

There is not one pro I can think of.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic and divisive. There is a clear preference shown toward Italian employees over U.S. employees, which creates an unfair and frustrating work environment. Communication is often unprofessional, with frequent yelling, finger-pointing, and disrespectful comments. Management has failed to establish clear roles and responsibilities, leading to constant confusion and conflict between employees. Engineering leadership appears heavily driven by favoritism and routinely treats employees with a lack of professionalism and respect.
