      Steady work, but company lacks drive

      Pros

      Guaranteed position if you stay there and don't make waves.

      Cons

      Difficult to get through all the red tape, especially with the Italians. At one point I had to hand deliver 5,000 pages of a 'Progetto' to get it signed by the COO so I could start my £1.5M project. This was a project that we had a contract for with the customer. In the end it was almost impossible to deliver the project when the organisation got in the way at every stage.

      Pros

      Flexi time results in good work life balance. Calm environment to work in. Lots of people around to offer support. Interesting range of work and projects.

      Cons

      Career progression can be difficult. Loyalty isn't always awarded. Can be quite slow - not a lot of pressure to get things done.

      Hard to think there are any.

      Cons

      No investment in people or the future. The worst management team I have ever encountered. Even my wife could not believe how poorly run this company is. Management likes yes men and are now surrounded with incompetence. The Leonardo stock is plummeting despite the attempt to change names and leave the ugly past behind. This firm is a joke unless you're looking to sell short!
