Free Healthcare is great. Work on aircrafts hands on. A lot of aerospace exposure due to small teams.

Cons

All management cares about is deadlines. They create unrealistic deadlines just to make leadership happy then blame engineers and technicians for failing to hit headlines

salary changes at last minute, very clicky, people are NOT professional, employees do NOT work together, management doesn't train properly, management pits employees against others, many false accusations to get other employees fired, high turnover, hire bonus to be pd back, negative environment
