Pros
Some pros may not apply to non-italian branches, as the company reality is very fragmented. -If you have joined the company long time ago, you may have a salary completely out of market (higher) -Employees generaly have a convenient work/life balance (probably also this is out of market) -You have the opportunity to work with some particular clients that other companies don't give you
Cons
As for the pros, also some cons may apply only to Italian branches -Working hard will not help you to advance in your career. Your performance are not evaluted. There have been episodes of nephotism in the past that creates a lot of suspects about how the advancements works. -Colleagues which don't do or they are not interested in their job, will never get fired and it is likely that you are required to complete the task they leave behind if you want to have a minum satisfaction by seeing the stuff working. Obviously don't think to be paid more by doing this -The internal burocracy is incredibly heavy and seems (un)managed by the most stupid people in the world -Old people with old ideas and a working environment not smart neither informal nor friendly
