Where to start! I suppose at the beginning of the whole sorry saga. To start with I was quite clearly lied too right from the beginning even during the interview stage. I was told that the company is heavily involved with the SANS institute and has a great deal of input into designing and implementing SANS courses and also act as advisors to them generally. What a load of bull, not even vaguely true as was all the rest of their big talk. I was also promised things like flexible working hours only for this to be revoked the day I started work there. From that first day things have gone from bad to worse to worse even still. In all my long working life I have never come across such a terrible place to work. There is so much wrong with the whole aspect of the business it is impossible to convey in words just how bad this place is. Only after actual experience of it will you realise how bad a work place can be. I am more than aware that peoples usual gripe is with management and this review is, I'm afraid, going to be no different. I really am not exagerating but I have never come across such arrogant and out of touch management as this place. Again there are no sufficient words that can convey their utter disdain towards everyone and everything. They promote a fear and blame culture which turns everyone in to paranoid back stabbers. If you having nothing better to do with a few months of your life go and work at this place just for the experience, it really is something! It will certainly make you appreciate other places you have worked and going forward I doubt you will ever work for anywhere as bad ever again. I know everyone reading this review must be thinking yeah, yeah, yeah heard it all before. He is just a typical disgruntled employee. All I can say is please go work there and see for yourself. It is character building if nothing else.

Pretty much everything, the management team are useless, the pay is absolutely terrible and there was a slight hint of personal development, not much more.
