Pros

The only reason to work at this company is if you have no other choice. The benefits are horrible and you get the sense that the only people that matter are the managers. If you are a member of the cool kids group you'll do fine... other wise move on...

Cons

Career management structure puts non-engineers over engineers and there is a lot of resentment there because engineers are treated differently. Junior Engineers over the careers of more senior engineers, it's simply an environment that breeds back stabbing and throwing people under the bus ..and the senior management is blind to what happens. There is absolutely no teamwork, just figure it out yourself and you'd best do it quickly or you'll be next under those bus tires. Kind of crazy considering the critical nature of some of the work they are doing.

Pros

Not sure if there is anything positive I can say

Cons

Incompetent management, horrible work life balance, unfair compensation. I recently heard Leidos is planning large layoffs across several business units.

Pros

Good sized iIndividual cubes for workspaces (with doors). Ability to telework when needed/desired up to 2-3 days a week. Good co-workers who care about the work they are doing. CEO (Roger Krone) who seems to be trying to turn company around and regain employee loyalty, but willing to admit that times are tough right now.

Cons

Constant reorganizations as company struggles to be more competitive. Loss of personnel due to down-sizing, layoffs, and people going elsewhere seeking more stability. Lack of new work/contracts makes it difficult to maintain coverage. Focus seems to be on pursuing big contracts and ignoring the many small contracts that used to keep a lot of people employed.
