Pros

Leidos was only formed in the last five years and has had incredible growth in the industry. They continue to develop their business while focusing on their principle of employee retention and training.

Cons

Leidos is a growing company that focuses on it's employees. They have several internal development programs, which leads to greater retention. This could create a road block for advancement, but the training allows you to broaden your skills to branch out into new fields.

One of the richest companies in the world - hangs employees out to dry

Pros

They have a brand-new state of the art facility that they are building for their executives. I've never been there. The executives have though. It's nice.

Cons

When COVID hit, the CEO sent us a video of him working from his multi-million dollar home office - simultaneously we received guidance that we were required to take time off and that we "get to" take leave up to 160 hours that must be repaid by the end of the fiscal year. Oh boy, 2 extra hours a day... everyday... for 16 weeks. What a joke. I am looking for a new job effective immediately.

Pros

Proactive Leadership focusing on quality of life benefits for employee. Meditation, Education, Mental health awareness, Financial education, etc. They did a really good job of communicating and managing during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Cons

None that I can think of at this time.
