Compared to other similar companies in the Government IT business, this company has no special pros to offer

Cons

Mistreatment of employees, too many managers and majority of them are incompetent, no true leadership, vision or culture, no advancement opportunities, ever decreasing benefits and ever increasing costs

They seem to reward their management versus their staff, but is that a pro?

Cons

Their benefits offer only ONE plan Aetna "lite" using Health Savings Plan. Yep, my doctor not in the network. EXPENSIVE. Two years running my raise was less than 3% and I am a strong performer. The WORST web portals. Terrible response to any complaints or dissatisfaction.
