      Pros

      The work is challenging, and I am surrounded by hard-working, bright people. The management seems to do a good job at positioning employees such that they are successful. The atmosphere is one of integrity and putting the customer's interests first.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours and work on weekends without additional compensation. Key employees are leaving for greener pastures because of this. It seems like upper management doesn't have long-term vision. Opportunities for developing marketable intellectual property are often ignored in favor of cost cutting.

      New to the company, but I like it so far

      Pros

      I have the opportunity to learn a lot in a fast paced environment. The technology I get to use is innovative and fresh. My team wants me to succeed, and they provide a lot of guidance.

      Cons

      I don't get to hear from senior management a lot, therefore I don't know what direction the company is looking to move into. This is a government consulting company, so it would be nice to collaborate with people on other projects.
