      great company, there is opportunity for advancements and training. Management always looking for the next contract and they are very transparent when it comes to company direction.

      Pros

      Very flexible company to work for. I've been given a lot of space to create and manage a program/business under the Leidos umbrella.

      Cons

      High overhead costs are making it a challenge to compete with smaller, more efficient and streamlined companies.
