      A company in transition with no plan for the future.

      Pros

      Opportunity to provide a public service if you aren't lucky enough to find a job in the federal government.

      Cons

      Company split from SAIC after the City Time Corruption scandal when SAIC agreed to pay a record $500 million to avoid federal prosecution. New company is trying to sweep under the rug the massive fraud and scandal they oversaw at SAIC. New company has no strategic plan for the future. No pay raises, frequent lay-offs, frequent reduction in benefits (for example the company recently changed it's retirement plan, even for many long term employees). Indecisive management that doesn't seem to care about employees.

      Pros

      Excellent history under SAIC (before split) with excellent work and customers. There is good legacy work and customers.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, okay compensation, and raise polls half the inflation rate, which ensures decreasing salaries for the average employee (adjusted for inflation). Forget about any spending on company culture or local events (xmas parties, socials, etc.). They also closed the cafeteria.

      Pros

      I really can't think of any good reason to work there.

      Cons

      You can't take any vacation time off during the first 6 months of employment. That being said, you are the only one who is still working during holidays if it happens to be within that so-called 6 month introductory phase. There is no career development there. The only way to get promotion is to find another job. The work they do is, to put it kindly, useless.
