The management structure is rapidly changing, and each member of upper leadership has no clue what is happening below them. They are all "idea" people with no idea of how to run the business.

•Bathroom breaks are not promised •Management doesn’t step in to help out stressed teachers •Management will not get you out on time and then will go and change your time so it looks like you left at your scheduled time • When you need assistance and try to call the office they rarely answer the phone/walkie talkies
