Pros

My DM is forcing me to post a review. (Any reviews posted from November 2025 onwards are being forced upon employees) Only pro: The company has a strong mission on paper, and with the right structure and leadership, it could be a genuinely great place to work.

Cons

Communication from leadership is unclear and reactive, expectations change without much notice. Growth opportunities and support were discussed but not always followed through in practice, which made it difficult to feel motivated long-term. There also seemed to be a disconnect between management decisions and the realities of employees’ workloads, leading to burnout that wasn’t always acknowledged.

Pros

I love being able to work with people who have the same purpose. I love being able to serve a community, and work with teachers, children, and families. The corporate changes within the education department help teachers to have an easier workload with having lesson plans taken care of.

Cons

I don't see a clear vision for promotions within the company. I do not think pay for the field directly correlates with the work load we have
