Pros

Working with the children and the other teachers Room for growth but it just may not be at your current job location

Cons

Corporate make it a little tough to run things smoothly, moving children and staff to different classes to cut costs or for the “school needs” The school is either over staffed, cutting teachers hours or under staffed and over working the teachers. Hard to find balance or consistency while teaching the children.
