Pros

My team and a handful of employees.

Cons

-No pay rises, no bonuses, no staff party, no rewards whatsoever. Moral is so low, depressing going to work everyday - Rude, intimidating management who bully you and who don't know how to run a business, you're treated like school children, and not respected at all. Basically you have to do what management say, despite them being wrong 99% of the time. -The staff discount is pointless because LA is always on sale, which means the brand is always cheapened. The product is also getting worse. - Horrible head office (we're talking no windows, falling apart at the seams, mice) - No one listens or respects anyones opinion despite being an expert in your field - All work is done poorly because no one is rewarded for anything so basically nobody cares about anything. - Half an hour lunch is not long enough to get away from the office considering there is absolutely nothing around. - Staff turnover is HUGE; if you are there for more than 6 months you are considered an old-timer. Please do yourself a favour and do not work for this company!

Pros

I honestly cannot think of any..

Cons

This has got to be the worst company I have worked for. The training is awful. You're expected to 'self learn'and do hours of pointless online training. Senior managers are incredibly unprofessional with bad attitudes. For a 'premium brand' the pay is awful!!! If you're looking to join this company please don't as you will regret it!!

Worst company I've ever worked for

Pros

Colleagues and Manager were lovely and fun to work with.

Cons

I worked part-time for the company for 11 years. Only stayed because I enjoyed the company of my colleagues and we had a lovely Manager who was very supportive and went the extra mile for us all. Once she left we were without a Manager for 5 months - they then employed someone with no managerial experience whatsoever and was almost illiterate!! She only lasted a couple of months before being sacked by which time we had all had enough. Over the course of a few months no less than 8 members of staff left - several of whom had been with the company over 20 years. None of us had our letters of resignation acknowledged and no one from Head Office or HR queried why there were so many resignations. It just proves that they have no regard or loyalty to their staff at all. They are without doubt the worst company I have ever worked for. When my husband was diagnosed with cancer I asked for three months unpaid leave to care for him - I was told I could have 2 weeks compassionate leave or resign. If I had resigned I would not have been allowed to go back as that is the company policy!! I miss my colleagues but absolutely nothing else about the job.
