Pros

Loyal hardworking staff who love the brand and company

Cons

No vision from senior executives who placed zero value on people so talent left, and paid so badly no talent joined. Penny pinching ruined the website going for a cheap not best option which finally brought the company down.

Pros

Great staff discount and uniform allowance.

Cons

Low pay even for management, no pay rise for years and years. Make you feel like you should be grateful to work for them.
