Pros

Good products to work with and was able to meet kind customers and also made other employees as friends. Good staff discounts.

Cons

Does not pay superannuation to employees which is illegal. Unappreciated as a staff and employee in the company. The company's leadership is known to be bad to most former staffs and current employees.

Pros

I always wanted to work for Laura Ashley as i have always loved everything that is Laura Ashley and i have been a loyal customer as well.

Cons

The management are very mean and degrading to ground floor staff, watching over you and tell you that you are not good enough, you should know more and reduce staff to tears. Dont complain about bullying in the work place as they will just fire you........ Low pay, no breaks, no covers and they dont pay the casual staff for months? i will not be returning to purchase again

Pros

amazing colleagues. and that is the only good thing about this job

Cons

minimum wage, removing and replacing constant promotions, highly pressured by company and customers, customers always complaining and having a go because quality is just not there even though the goods are premium price, lack of staff makes the staff very demotivated, targets unachievable, made to feel guilty if you are sick, no support at all, high turn-over of staff. the company is not interested in the individual so as long as the store is making money they couldn't care less
