Products are cheap junk that are overpriced then constantly marked down- This leads to angry customers because they find out they could have got a better deal on the thing that they purchased if they would have waited a week, employees look bad because they do not know in advance when and what discount the sales are going to be. All of this has lead to the employees being apathetic.
