Poor Management - Anonymous employee Laura Ashley Employee Review

Weak HR staff. Malaysians run company. Won't remploy someone once they've left - even if they were fantastic employees & moved temporarily from area. Very short sighted. Pay & conditions abysmal. Laura Ashley must be turning in her grave
