I was able to take as much work as I was capable of doing, and gain amazing experience.

Cons

A culture of finger pointing, blaming and gossip is getting in the way of company progress. Your Superannuation is unlikely to be passed on consistently or at all.

40% staff discount with the occasional 50% off staff deals, decent break times, lovely colleagues in store that work with.

Cons

Bully for a manager. Expected to work whenever they want. The rota changes during my days off so I end up missing shifts. Unachievable goals.
