      Free clothes, double time for bank holidays and time and a half Sunday's.

      Cons

      Awful salary, expected to work above and beyond 40 hrs week. Tight restrictions on holidays. Never give you your lieu time back. Antiquated management

      Very low minimum wage Overtime always expected Never ever fully staffed due to ridiculous flexibility needed Part time hours means part time hols and uniform however add on all overtime whether you want it or not and they save on holiday and uniform as not allowed extra no matter how many hours you work

      No pay rise, no appraisal, no direction, no strategy, no support., no social functions, no training, no sick pay for 3 days, no incentives, no one in HR to help. Low morale, low pay 30% below market High expectations of staff, you normally cover 2 jobs and tasks not in job description. training employees from Singapore to take your job Only offer short term contract - then renew as and when, so they can get rid of you quickly. Destroying the company and the heritage
