Pros

I just started lalamove and compare to many other platforms such as Grab, Bungkusit etc. This is something new and convenient. Definitely an upgrade and better than what existed here. (Working in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor)

Cons

The customer service for Driver is extremely bad. Never encounter something such as this. Even there is easier platform to contact which is whatsapp. But their replies never read our inquiry and simply reply repeatedly.
