We strive to foster a positive and supportive environment for our employees, and it is encouraging to know that some of our colleagues have left a positive impression on you. However, we are deeply concerned about the negative aspects you mentioned in your review. We take all your comments very seriously. Our intention is to create an inclusive and collaborative workplace, where every individual feels valued, supported and motivated to excel. We are also passionate about the wellbeing of our staff and have over 10 trained mental health first aiders on hand to talk to anyone who may be feeling overwhelmed for whatever reason.
