The company makes efforts to ensure employees feel valued, as employees and on the whole. There are mental health first aiders, great support for employees starting a family whether by traditional means or no, regular mandatory and auxiliary training opportunities and they're always supportive of personal issues that can arise and require time and sensitivity.

Cons

Some roles may be high pressure if you're not used to/ comfortable with working to targets.
