      - Benefits and Rewards - Gifted days off over Christmas period - Expenses paid for by company (fuel, office supplies) -Friendly team -Holiday allowance plus bank holidays -HR and Mental Health support available

      Cons

      -Limited availability to book annual leave depending on team size (two employees cannot be off at the same time) -Weekend working necessary at times (Saturdays)
