Incredible onboarding support from the HR and Training teams. Very thorough and plenty of opportunities to learn at your own pace. Great academy supporting new learning and people are very friendly and supportive to new starters.

I have found each employee of LRG to be welcoming, supportive and helpful, regardless of their seniority. It feels like a great team to be a part of.

Cons

Working for a large corporation inevitably means there are some processes which can feel less straight forward than they need to be - but usually the team are open to ways to improve efficiency.
