We also appreciate your honesty about the long working hours and the need for better work-life balance. We take this seriously and are continuously looking for ways to improve the balance between professional commitments and personal wellbeing. Last year we reduced our working hours on a Saturday from 9-4 to 9-1 which we have had brilliant feedback on.
