Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you are happy with your role and pay all while enjoying working with your team. We are always reviewing our working hours and in particular will look to conduct a thorough analysis of our hours over the next few months. Last year following our annual Employee Engagement Survey we reduced our Saturday working hours and received a fantastic response from our teams relating to improved work life balance.
