      Very poor training and unrealistic workload

      Pros

      Colleagues very nice and helpful although they are extremely busy , so no time to help you

      Cons

      Leaders should advertise for a Call Centre Operator and not Property Manager. You are expected to pick all the call for all the areas, although you were told you would have your own portfolio. Unrealistic workflow which leads to mistakes. Poor training. It is a shame as this could be a very interesting job.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      I work in the Guildford branch and my team were so helpful/welcoming when I first started. The training has been great and I have learnt so much in my first month. It is a lovely place to work with a very achievable progression program. I feel the company, for the first time in a long time, really looks after its employees.
