      People Focussed - A supportive place to grow

      I've been with LRG for 3 years, and I can confidently say it's the most supportive and people-focused environment I've ever worked in. From day one, I have felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated. LRG takes work-life balance seriously and as a woman navigating career growth and parenting my young children, I’ve never felt like I had to choose between the two. There’s a culture of trust, flexibility, and mutual respect at LRG. I’ve had opportunities to grow and to contribute in ways that feel meaningful and I can honestly say I look forward to my working day, and collaborating with various teams and colleagues across the business.
