Pros

Easy process to get the job, no application form to fill in

Cons

Pay lower than other national high street brands. Limited training to staff. They do offer some but it is the bare minimum. They do not invest in their staff, so have a high turnover as once juniors have got to a certain level they leave and the whole process starts again. This annoys landlord customers because of the lack of continuity. Mind numbing old school senior managers, narrow minded and not very forward thinking.
