      Excellent Company that get the perfect balance of Larger firm security with independent agent thinking

      Pros

      Leaders gets the balance absolutely perfect of smaller independent agent thinking, with wider security for both clients and employees of working for a larger firm. Their view on how to do business and they way the senior Management communicate is unbelievably refreshing and something I think would be virtually impossible to replicate in any other firm of a similar size or stature. The ancillary products that we offer are unique in the market place, and therefore we have a huge sense of pride and forward thinking when explaining them, to clients / tenants as they are not replicated anywhere else in the same manner or simplicity as we do.

      Cons

      As always with larger organisations there are wider protocols to adhere to, and additional processes to execute, which whilst at the time are frustrating, the reasoning behind them is sound. The implementation training and overall Sales training could be improved - but this is already being addressed and will make a tangible difference.
