Brilliant work colleagues in a friendly office

Cons

Been with the company almost 13 years and really loved it for many years. Like coming in to be with friends rather than working and was a joy to be here but with all the changes this company does with hardly any notice or real training it is now just too corporate with just targets targets targets . Wages are more like a school leavers and no pay increase for nearly four years. When we ask we just get fobbed off from one person to another.

company car and face to face interaction with customers

Cons

nasty atmosphere created by commission and targets and manager. rules seemed to change everyday in favour of the top advisor. what to wear seemed to change every day with some girls allowed to wear thigh high boots whilst i wasnt allowed to wear boots even when doing house visits in the pouring rain. bank holidays not shared out fairly.
