      Pros

      Working at LRG provides many different development opportunities. Everyone that I work with are really supportive and are always there to help. I have only been here a few months and I feel that already I have learnt a lot since working here.

      Cons

      I feel that some of the systems we are required to use could be much simpler to navigate around

      If you want to unlock your potential at work then The Leaders Romans Group is for you. The Leaders Romans Group are a progressive organisation keen to see their staff unlock their potential and become industry qualified by supporting and funding them on their journey. Quarterly and annual awards recognise the service and dedication of the staff. Teamwork across the board is key to the business succeeding. The Group regularly hold fundraising events for local charities and have developed strong contacts with local schools enabling work experience within the business.

      Cons

      Working for a large group can sometimes feel overwhelming but the comradeship in the local team overcomes this.
