      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed my recent induction experience , Chris Wilkinson was fantastic , he made the induction fun and interesting while giving me all the knowledge I needed to know. I learnt so much about Leaders and how we became Leaders Romans Group. I have also learnt about further qualification options , and support leaders are willing to give in order to progress in all aspects of work . I think its beneficial to every new starter at Leaders .

      as of yet I don't have any cons working with leaders .

      Pros

      There's a lot of support from my superiors, targets are realistic and generally just a nice company to work for.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say it's the companies fault but the Lettings industry is facing some serious challenges at the moment so the company have had to look at costs etc. Some of the luxuries like water coolers in branch have been taken away however, from a business perspective I completely understand why.
