Pros

Really welcoming and very open and honesty about anything company related. Open door policy stands everywhere and employees are well looked after and this shows as staff are always happy and in attendance.

Cons

I cant name a con as the pros outweigh

Pros

Whilst working at Romans since 2012 I have experienced on-going training and development. Its is a very rewarding company to work for.

Cons

A the company has grown so quickly there have been some growing pains, I believe that's why it is so important to attract the right team member into the new roles.
