Pros

I have been with the business for 21 years and I have loved every minute of it. There is a great culture within the business where everyone is supportive of you to the same common goal of making the business better for our clients and staff. I also love the fact that it is a growing company offering loads of opportunity for all staff to grow within the business rather than having to move companies to develop.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any. Maybe the fact that it is not a South Coast football club that wear blue and white shirts and want a 47 year old striker lacking in talent but bursting with motivation?
