Pros

Inspiring, forward thinking senior management team. Fantastic culture of support, encouragement and recognising and rewarding success. If you work hard and are prepared to put the hours into your training and personal development then there are superb opportunities for career progression. I talk from experience having been with the business for 18 years and risen through the ranks. I can't imagine working for anyone else, and wouldn't want to!

Cons

Long hours and weekends but at my level I don't have a problem with this.

Pros

The people in the offices I work are friendly and supportive, I feel recognized as a person not just a number. I attended head office in the week and all the team there are amazing.

Cons

Every work place has challenges however I am yet to see any bad in this role.

Pros

I started in August 2018 as a Lettings Negotiator in the Leaders Christchurch Office. After only 10 days with the company, I gave birth to a little girl I did not even know I was expecting until I went in to labour. Leaders were absolutely fantastic and granted full Maternity Leave with mat pay in line with the government standards and full use of the company car. They were very accommodating with my return to work and although I only returned in May 2019 and am expecting to go on Maternity Leave again in December 2019, I am already making plans for my return with the Regional Lettings Director.

Cons

Due to the fact I'd moved, I was looking to shorten my hours slightly for travel reasons. As this was not suitable for my role, I had to transition to the Property Management Hub in Bournemouth.
