      Pros

      - Lots of support from upper management - Plenty of incentives to keep staff motivated - Constantly evolving company looking for ways to improve work/life balance for staff

      Cons

      - In my position, there is sometimes a need to fund staff incentives in the office and also to cover the cost of key cutting and other jobs. The process for getting reimbursed can sometimes take time. - Sometimes there is a need to use your personal phone to speak with clients. Whilst I do not keep any customers data on my personal mobile, it can have an adverse effect on work/life balance as customers will call or text out of work hours. A company mobile would be helpful to resolve this.

      Pros

      Staff are great, they show real professionalism with everything they do, hierarchy is achievable and promotes how well each individual can do in the business.

      Cons

      Car park is very limited, however off site parking is available
